The City adopted by Resolution 112707 the 2007 Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) on November 27, 2007. 

The EAR is an analysis of the Comprehensive Plan and it's successes and shortcomings. 

The Department of Community Affairs found the EAR sufficient and issued a Notice of Intent to find this document in compliance to state statutes and the Florida Administrative Code.
