Vendor Registration

The first step in becoming a vendor with the City of Panama City is to complete the Vendor Application form. When filling out the application you are to select the categories that best suite the goods or services your company can provide. 

Once you submit the application, based on the categories you selected,  the proper departments have access to your information. 

Your next step is to sign up for the Notify Me service and select which type bid notifications you wish to receive. Whenever we post bids to the website you will automatically receive a notification email and/or SMS (text) message.
