There are over 50 volunteers serving on 13 boards, authorities and committees within the City of Panama City. All boards, authorities and committees are established by city ordinance, a special act of the legislature of the State Of Florida or by a resolution adopted by the City Commission.
The responsibilities, powers, terms of office, membership size, qualifications and meeting schedules vary for each board, authority and committee.
