The Marina Civic Center
The City of Panama City's Marina Civic Center is a performing arts facility committed to providing cultural enrichment opportunities for the citizens of Panama City, Bay County and the surrounding area. The seating capacity of the Marina Civic center is 2508. Conference rooms are also available for business meetings and seminars. The City of Panama City's Marina Civic Center is located on the Panama City Marina at 8 Harrison Avenue. Administrative offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The historic Martin Theatre is located at 409 Harrison Avenue in Downtown Panama City. The Martin Theatre is a 460-seat state-of-the-art facility that hosts many popular plays and attractions.

Panama City Center for the Arts
Panama City Center for the Arts contributes to the quality of life in Bay County by hosting annual art events, art exhibits, educational creative classes and workshops. The Center provides visitors and our community a cultural experience visually through fine art, ceramics, photography, and sculpture as well as through music, performance and special artistic events which inspires our community and gives our guests a taste of who we are. The Center is housed in a former municipality building built in 1925 and merges history and contemporary architecture in over 2900 square feet of gallery space.
