City Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at 8:00 a.m. and take place in the City Commission Meeting Room located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 9 Harrison Avenue. Special meetings are held as needed. The commission generally conducts meetings in the following order: prayer, pledge of allegiance to the flag, roll call and adoption of minutes, Mayor's report, audience participation, City Attorney items, City Clerk items, City Manager Items and items placed on the agenda by individual City Commission members. Agendas for Commission meetings are available in the City Clerk's Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, on the Friday preceding the Tuesday of the Commission meeting. Agendas are also available on-line. On-line City Commission Agendas are updated on Friday afternoon prior to the Commission meetings on the following Tuesday. Additional items can be added to the Agenda as late as 5:00 p.m. Monday, the day before a scheduled Commission meeting. Changes made to the Commission Agenda on Monday may not be available on-line.
