Consideration and approval to pursue and purchase lots at Washington, Carver & Roosevelt Streets (37 Lots), located in the Downtown North CRA for $425,000.00. Staff has performed its due diligence in obtaining (2) appraisals and does not anticipate purchase price exceeding Panama City guidelines.

Consideration to award purchase of three (3) each 1/2-ton pickup trucks to Hub City Ford, in the amount of $66,923.

Consideration to award purchase of two (2) CNG Automated Front Loader Garbage Trucks and two (2) CNG Automated Side Loader Garbage Trucks to Chastang's Bayou City Autocar, in the amount of $1,168,524 and to approve Resolution No. 2282017.1 for a budget amendment in the amount of $48,524.
