Salty Dog Day on February 27, 2021 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at Oaks by the Bay. This event will support dog activities in St. Andrews to include dog agility demonstrations, IQ tests and photographs.
Florida Luxe Arts Festival on March 27, 2021 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Grace Ave. Art festival to include murals, sidewalk chalk artwork, music and activities behind the Martin Theater.
PC Downtown Yard Sale on March 20, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., located on Harrison Ave between Oak Ave and 4th St. The event will allow citizens to reserve a block of space to sell their personal items. Blocks will be 16' across to allow for an 8' table and 8' distancing between displays. Spaces will be rented at $10 for City of Panama City residents and $20 for non-Panama City residents. All spaces must be reserved in advance and assigned a location by the QOL Department.
