Request One: Request for land use change, and rezoning of 6.94 acres from General Commercial 2, GC-2 to Urban Residential 2 , UR-2, Parcel ID 14197-000-000, Nathan Lee Head of Jacksonvile, LLC, owner and James H Slonina, applicant.
