ITEM: Consideration to Approve the Seventh Amendment to the Memorandum Of Understanding between Community Development and the Downtown North CRA.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The CRA staff is requesting approval of the seventh amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Community Development Department to continue to work with the population that is unable to match reimbursement for our residential assistance grant program.
DEPARTMENT HEAD RECOMMENDATION: To approve the amendment to the MOU for $300,000.00.

ITEM: Consideration to Approve the Ninth Amendment to the MOU between DTN and Public Works Alley Crew.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Downtown North CRA staff is requesting the approval of the ninth amendment to the MOU between the DTN CRA and Public Works department to provide clean up services in Alley’s and Right of Ways and other vacant city owned lots throughout the DTN.
DEPARTMENT HEAD RECOMMENDATION: To approve the amendment to the MOU for $100,000.00.

ITEM: Consideration to approve Commercial Improvement Grant awarded to applicants within the St. Andrews CRA.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The attached Commercial Improvement Grant is in need of your approval because the awarded amount exceeds the signature authority of the City Manager. Attached is the summary information for the applicant, Captain’s Table Restaurant, 1110 Beck Avenue, within St. Andrews CRA which includes the quote summary and award letter.
