Beginning June 4, 2018, The City of Panama City will be replacing two deteriorated, 24-inch terracotta storm water pipes that cross under the road in the 300 block of Sherman Avenue. The project is expected to take two weeks to complete.
During the project, the 300 block of Sherman Avenue will be closed to through traffic Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day. Outside of these hours, Sherman Avenue will be open but reduced to one lane of traffic. Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling through the construction area.
