City of Panama City Welcomes New City Manager

The City of Panama City is excited to welcome Mr. Mark McQueen as its new City Manager.

Mr. McQueen comes to the City after serving as the Commanding General of the United States Army Reserve’s 108th Training Command and as the Business Administrator for First Baptist Church in Panama City.

“I have been excited to have Mr. McQueen as our new City Manager since he accepted the position,” Mayor Greg Brudnicki said.  “I look forward to him coming in and doing a great job for the city.”

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Auburn University, a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Development from Troy State University, and a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. He also completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program through Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Governance.

He assumed his new duties on September 24, 2018.
