PCPD Announces New Interactive Website Featuring Online Reporting

The Panama City Police Department is pleased to announce a new and enhanced website experience is now available at Our goal is to provide the citizens of Panama City better access and foster improved communications through a more interactive experience. Developed with a fresh and modern look, the website offers user-friendly navigation and access to the latest information about our services, crime alerts, careers, submitting anonymous tips and more.

For social media enthusiasts, the site features integrated Facebook, Twitter, and tip411 live feeds to provide up-to-date information publicized by the department.

When visiting, citizens of Panama City will now have the option to file a police report online. The online report system allows citizens to submit a report 24 hours a day, seven days a week via any internet-enabled computer or mobile device. The types of crimes that can be reported via the PCPD’s online reporting service are those that do not necessitate the immediate presence of an officer. As such, reporting incidents through PCPD’s online reporting service may reduce officer response time for incidents that do require an immediate response or police presence. Officers will remain available, should someone prefer to make a report over the phone, or have an officer respond.

PCPD’s online reporting service allows citizens the opportunity to report property-based and non-violent crimes.
