The boat ramp at the Panama City Marina will be temporarily closed from January 27, 2021 to February 24, 2021. The closure is needed to allow the City of Panama City’s contractor, L&R Contracting, LLC, to repair the bulkheads in the area of the boat ramp.

L&R Contracting began the Bulkhead Repair Project in October 2019 and is making steady progress on the project. The estimated completion time is early to mid-summer, weather permitting.

“We appreciate L&R Contracting for working with us to schedule this portion of construction at a time that will have the least impact on our boating community,” said Assistant City Manager Jared Jones.  “We thank citizens for their patience as we work to rebuild our treasured marina.”
