Informational Meeting scheduled to discuss 23rd Street Plaza Reconstruction Project

The engineering plan for the reconstruction of 23rd Street Plaza and the stormwater infrastructure underneath is nearly complete. The City of Panama City’s Public Works team anticipates that it will be able to request bids for construction within the next 30 days. Additionally, the team is working with Gulf Power to provide an alternate access to Breezy and Windy Lanes during construction.

An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. to further discuss the 23rd Street Plaza Reconstruction Project. You can attend in-person in Room 010 at City Hall, located at 501 Harrison Avenue, or virtually via Zoom.

There are several ways to join virtually via Zoom:

  • Visit on your computer or smartphone and join with the Meeting ID.
  • Call (312) 626-6799 and enter the Meeting ID when prompted.
