How do I register for the federal D-SNAP Food Assistance Program?

Pre-registration for the federal D-SNAP Food Assistance Program is now open for Bay County residents impacted by Hurricane Michael who do not already receive food stamp benefits. Visit MyFLFamilies.com/DSNAP for eligibility information and to pre-register. After you register, you can call 1-855-278-7136 to apply for your benefit over the phone and avoid the wait at the site location when it is established. D-SNAP EBT cards obtained via phone interview will arrive in the mail within 4 to 6 days. Phone application hours for Bay County are Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
