Preventative Maintenance Inspections for City Vehicles

The City of Panama City will accept sealed bids for providing Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and Oil Changes on approximately two hundred (200) Panama City Fleet Vehicles. Bid acceptance will end at 2:30 p.m., CDT, on April 22, 2021. Specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Office located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida, telephone (850) 872-3070, or our website www.pcgov.org.

Bids may be submitted in person at the Purchasing Department, via U.S. mail or courier service. Bids must be plainly marked, “Bid No. PC21-024~ Panama City Fleet Vehicle PMI~ April 22, 2021”. All bids must be received by 2:30 p.m., CST, on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at which time all bids will be opened and read in a public forum. Please review all documents pertaining to this invitation before submitting requested information.

The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, any part of any bid, or to waive any informality in any bid, in order to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
