Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Panama City – Improvements to PS11 & PS14 will be received by City of Panama City, at the office City of Panama City Purchasing Office located at City Hall, 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, FL 32401, until 10:00 AM CT on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure the bid is received on time. The clock in the Purchasing Office will determine the bid closing time.

The Project consists of constructing two (2) replacement pumping stations, one 350 GPM duplex configuration and one 1400 GPM triplex configuration, both at current site. Bids for each pumping station will be considered separately and together for award.

For this project, bidders must be on the City’s pre-qualified bidders list for the construction of Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Contractors must attach a copy of the pre-qualification letter to the outside of their bid. Should the Pre-Qualification letter not be attached bid will not be accepted and will be returned un-opened. The successful bidder will be required to submit a list of his subcontractors for approval before award of contract.
