The City of Panama City desires to obtain services from qualified firms to oversee our sports leagues, tournaments and like events for the City of Panama City – Quality of Life Department (QOL) on an “as-needed” basis. Specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, 501 Harrison Avenue, Room 238, Panama City, Florida, telephone 850-691-4902, or our website www.pcgov.org.

 

Make submissions of bids in person at the Purchasing Department or via U. S. Mail or courier service. Statements must be plainly marked, “RFP No. PC21-018~ Sport League and Tournament Services ~ Thursday 16, 2021”. All submissions must be received by 10:00 a.m., CT, on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at which time they will be opened. Please review all documents pertaining to this request before submitting the requested information.

 

The City reserves the right to reject any one or all responses, or any part of any response, to waive any informality in any response, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

Qualifications:
The City of Panama City desires to obtain services from qualified firms to oversee our sports leagues, tournaments and like events for the City of Panama City – Quality of Life Department (QOL) on an “as-needed” basis. Applicants must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, and organizational and financial capacity to perform services requested under this RFP.

All written inquiries and responses will be submitted as addenda and posted on the City’s website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to determine if any addenda have been issued.
