    Citizens who live or work in Ward 3 of the City of Panama City are invited to attend the Ward 3 Recovery Planning Meeting. The meeting is one of several focus group meetings being held as part of the City's Long Term Recovery Planning project. Your participation in the project is vital to understanding your community’s priorities for recovery, current needs, and expectations for the future of the City of Panama City. This long term planning process will include town halls, focus groups, meetings, and a week-long charrette process. The Long Term Recovery Planning project will support Panama City’s values and vision by focusing on recovery and resiliency in four areas: Safety & Security, Economy, Quality of Life, and Infrastructure.
